EAD Pending for More Than 4 months

Hi,

I filed for my EAD along with I485 at TSC on 05/07/07. The notice date on the receipt is 05/09/07. It has been more than 4 months but no news so far. My wife (dependent) got hers about a month ago. I saw a LUD on my case on 09/07/07, but nothing has happened after that. Is this normal? Any body on the same boat?

ARI, We both are on same boat. Plus my attorney says it is not a bad news at all and don't wanna say anything more.

If anyone can shed some light for us please.

I will wait till this Friday, 09/21 then plan on taking an InfoPass to see whats going on. I wonder what that LUD on 09/07 was about?

Anyone else in the same situation.
 
I called TSC this morning and after an hour on hold learned that they sent me RFE on 09/06/07. That answers the LUD on 09/07/07. Neither I nor my lawyer have received it. It's been more than two weeks. Any one in the similar situation.

On a brighter side, same IO has told me that my name check was cleared on 08/28/07
 
My EAD is stuck too

My EAD & FP is stuck since June , the RD-06/04/2007. No LUD's
My wife's EAD has arrived about 1 month back. AP's are approved for me & her.Her FP was originally in Aug which I we rescheduled to Oct as she was out of country.

Attorney says not worry.
Still waiting

EAD card and approval notice Not received so far

My EAD was approved on 9/11,card production ordered. Online status shows that approval notice was mailed on 9/13. But so far neither of them were received. I took infopass, the lady said i have to wait two weeks or have to apply again. I called 1-800-375 number,they said I have to wait 30 days from the date of sent. I dont know what to do?

Waiting for more than 3 months for EAD

I am in the same boat too! EAD and AP filed on 06/05/07. I have not seen any approval or LUD since then. I am not sure what is going on. Three weeks back spoke with a customer service rep and he told me to wait for at least three more weeks. However no change in LUD yet.

My EAD is also been pending since 06/14/2007. This is my 3rd EAD. I went to local INS office using Infopass and they two weeks ago and they told me that for each immigration benefit application there has to be a fingerprinting required. So they issue me a notice I have done it the same day.........no word after that.
Ironic thing is my wife EAD was approved in two weeks.

My current EAD has been expired a month ago.

No help from congressman office and on my 2nd Infopass on thursday I spoke with desi IO he was even worst he insisted me to call 1-800-number....such a stupid IO

Any suggestion folks

My EAD came in mail today 10/01/2007.

Application was received by NSC Center on July 23RD, 2007.
Got the Receipt Notice on August 23rd, 2007.
LUD on EAD on 9/25/2007: Card in Production.
10/01/2007 Card in Mail.
