I applied for EAD renewal in VSC on 8/16/02. INS issued RFE for pictures and I replied RFE. My I-485 is transferred to local INS, Arlington. I 'm the resident VA. I believe VSC will transfer EAD renewal to Arlington.
Can I go to the local INS, like Charleston, WV for EAD renewal if it is more than 90 days? If it is, then will they issue EAD (interim EAD ?) in the same day?
Charleston is nearer than Arlington and it is convenient for me to go there.
Any information in this regard will be highly appreciated.
