An employment candidate presented with an employment authorization card that expired in 1998. She wanted to know if we would sponsor her. She is afraid to contact the INS for direction for fear of being deported. Her husband was deported 5 years ago and she has 2 minor children. Is there anything we can do to help her with this process in way that would not cause her to be deported?
