EAD- Documents For Submission ** URGENT **

Hi,
I am on L2 visa.
I have filed I765 (EAD) thru internet and then did the photograph, fingerprint and signature following an appointment in local UCIS office (Sanjose).
Now, I am required to submit the supporting documents.
I NEED YOUR HELP IN THIS..... as I am not sure about the documents to be submitted. The reciept given to me mentions about submitting supporting documents, but doesn't mention about the specific documents.
I assume that I can furnish documents for:
My Passport
I-94
Degree Certificates
Work experience in recent years.

PLEASE CONFIRM what all documents are required for submission.

I received a Notice of Action from the Vermont Service Center with clear description of the documents that we needed to provide for the EAD. It suprises me that you did not have a list of documents for your case. Anyway here are the documents that were requested:
- Copy of all data pages of the applicant's passport, including visa that you used to enter the US and border stamp
- Copy of your I-94 (front and back)
- Copy of all data pages of the principal's passport (i.e. L1 visa holder), Visa stamp and admission stamp
- Copy of I-94 of principal (front and back)
- Copy of previous EAD (if applicable)

I hope this helps. Maybe you can check with your attorney to confirm.
