EAD approved

I applied for mine Feb 10th(thats whent he Service center -Texas received my papers).I got it today....1 month and 20 days..is that a record of some sorts?

Haven't gotten my AP yet though,is that unusual?

Thanks for all the help,I'll be throwing a virtual booze fest once everything is in place....

Looks like Texas service center has become faster suddenly in issuing EADs and APs.
One of my friend's EAD application's receipt date at Texas center was 2/27/04 and he got his EAD on 3/26/04.
And one of my collegues AP was received in 65 days.

Looks like things are getting better!!!
