Folks,
My EAD renewal got approved more than a month ago. Online case status mentioned "Card Production Ordered", and subsequently "Case approved". Since I did not receive the card, I have called USCIS and got a Service Request initiated.
Received a letter in mail, saying that, the card must have got lost in transit, as they did not receive it back either.
They are suggesting to re-apply.
What options do I have here?
Since I have to reapply, will I have to apply again with any additional form, mentioning that the previous approved card was lost in transit?
Would a paper based application be more beneficial or required here or would e-filing suffice?
Please advise.
