E filing the renewal of Ead Vs paper filing

I have been thinking of efiling the renewal for the EAD. I am confused a little bit though. which one is better , paper or E-filing ? how do we send the photos and singature / finger print card if we Efile ??
Also while I was reading the options available in E filing drop down for following status, i didnt know what to choose.
1.Manner of last entry
2. Current immigrant status

are both these supposed to be same ? Manner of last entry for me was H4 but since my spouse already got her GC and so I am not H4 anymore. but the drop down doesnt have AOS or 485 pending status. what to put in there ?


Also if someone has prior experience in E filing ead Vs paper filing, pls guide me

Manner of last entry is H4 but what about current immigrant status ?? There is no option for AOS..
 
also what to write about previous EADs ?
my first renewal is still pending but I got I ead . That is expiring soon and I am planning to get the 2nd I ead. what to write for that ??

ead filed at CSC - pending unadjudicared
I ead filed at LA office - granted

shall I write something like this ?
