Even though USCIS claims that it can be filed online, there is a bug in their software and it requires A# which visitors don't have.

it is giving me an warning to prove A# number. If i choose to continue after seeing the warning, it is allowing me to do so. I called USCIS 800 number, they said it should be fine with out providing the a# .
