DV2015 CAMBODIA is ROA But With 146 case Scheduled For July & August

By Looking at the scheduled interview for Cambodian on US Cambodia website . it is very surprised that it has lot of case number for Scheduled so everyone understand why this final VB for ASIA is 7650 .
I am talking about scheduled for Cambodia only for July and August and not counting on other ASIA Region and so it is fairly saying that KCC mixed lot of ROA in the first 10000 case number.
correct me if i am wrong.

Certainly there are many DV interviews scheduled by the US Consulate in Cambodia in July and August. This is as it should be and not a surprise, really. Unfortunately, as we all learned today, there will a lot less DV interviews be scheduled all across Asia come September
