There are two winners so far, Myself and Light2009. we both live in the US.

I got my NL letter it has March 24, 2009
my CN is 2010AF0000xxxx
i am from Egypt.
Can any one give me advises on how to proceed, what is this low-high
rank number.
I am in USA and i used Egypt address to send the papers
Can I send photocopies of the bar code sheet?

I got mine in Egypt, it doesn't have to do
any thing that I am in USA.
The address is xxx Cairo

By the way if any one can help with a question
Do I knew I have to come to the USA six months from the day the visa is issue
but when can I leave after coming.
I will need to go back ASAP to finish some work and come back latter.
Can I leave my family here, since they will also get there GC?
Are their GC dependent on me or if I lost mine they will still hold their?

Again Congrats. here are the answers to your questions:

Yes you have to, you have to enter the us within six month of the visa stamp

but when can I leave after coming.
even one day after that shouldn't be a problem

Can I leave my family here, since they will also get there GC?
Yes you can

Are their GC dependent on me or if I lost mine they will still hold their?
Based on what you think you might lose it?

also i would like to know the exact documents to send after the first NL from KCC?

I sent the DSP-122 and the bar code only because I'm doing AOS, and that's the only document required to process the AOS.

are you doing AOS or CP?

I want to know something:
Do they send letters to a certain region at the same time or it all depends?
I mean that now we can see winners from Egypt, so kcc will send to all egyptian winners at the same time?

I am doing CP as i am Living now in Cairo, Egypt.

Also i would like to know when i submit the required documents ,shall i put them in the same envelope or in a new envelope and stick the sticker address that KCC sent me earlier?
Also, Shall i send them via TNT and if so do i need a corrier number in order to be sent to the proper place or just the adress will be suffiecent?
 
Almaamounito - as far as i know, they send region by region, but that can't be a solid answer, this is just speculations and people experience.
This year i believe KCC will have a website where you can check if you won or not, so keep praying.

Khaled - since you are doing a CP then you should send all the document you received to the KCC. use a new envelope and use the label they printed.
and for shipping i would use either TNT or FedEx, since you can track those and make sure they are delivered.
