DV2008 winners from Hong Kong?

Hi Folks,

I am from Hong Kong and new to this forum. I read all of the messages posted about receiving NL from other countries. Mind sharing me infos if you got NL from Macau or Taiwan or Hong Kong, thanks very much!
 
I just received the NL from KCC on 4/17/07 for my dad. His NL# is 2008AS00007xxx. (notice date is April 10, 07)
My parents live in Taiwan now (I live in LA and the NL sent to my place) I did the dv-2008 for them last year~
