DV2008 in UK

Hi all, my sis won got a letter saying she won. Her case number is AF000091XX

When would she be called for interview? Also, she and her husband are self sufficent[i.e they will have enough money to talk with them]. Do they need to add any name where it says Petitioner? Please let me know.

they dont need a petitioner since they have already won the DV 2008. if you are a USC or PR, you can sign an Affidavit of Support (I-134)
