DV 2009 Application Photos of Babies

Hi Everyone,

I wonder if babies of a certain age require photos submitted during application. I have a 7 month old and will be 9 months old at the time of application. How can I get him to sit or stand still to meet the ratio, head proportion etc. requirements of the digital photo!!! It is merely impossible. Due to these difficulties do you know any exception for this matter.

all babies require a photo. Put a light colored sheet on the floor, lay the baby down on it facing you and take a picture.
