my wife won the DV lottery 2016 and her NO is EU63**
we submitted our DS260 in DEC 2015

are we still have chance to be interviewed
if yes when do you think will be informed for interview

Yes you will be interviewed. The processing speed of your DS260 varies by case, but you might get your 2NL as early as this month for an April interview - and if not it will be about 6/7 weeks for a May interview.
