Hello, I’ve been selected, I still haven’t finished to complete the DS-260 yet because I have an issue with the website. When I want to had more than 3 addresses where I lived, I got an error message. It’s been 4 days since it does this. Does anyone has the same issue?

Moreover, I have a few questions regarding the DS-260:
- I lived in Australia a few years ago for 6 months. I travelled there the whole time (road tripping). Should I mention it when they ask for all the addresses where I lived? Should I mention a Hotel?
- I also lived in other countries (US, Mexico, Canada) the last 5 years. When it is ask to complete all the phone numbers I had during the last 5 years, I cannot remember all of them. Is it an issue?
- I have travelled several times in the US but cannot remember all the dates. Is it an issue?
- How long do you still I have to send the DS-260?

1. Are the dates you’ve entered for the places you lived at overlapping? That may explain the error message.
2. You need to differentiate between visiting a country and residing in a country.
3. Not remembering all the dates shouldn’t be an issue.
4. Try to guesstimate the dates as close as possible.
5. You have as long as you wish to take. You do need to bear in mind the sooner the form gets submitted the better, especially if you have a low CN.

p.s. don’t create multiple threads in the forum for the same issues/questions. Post once and wait for a response.
