DS-230 Part II Question

Hello all:

On DS-230, Part II form, the first paragraph, last sentence reads as follows:
"The fee should be paid in United States dollars or lcal currency equivalent, or bank draft."

My impression is that there is no fee to be sent with DS-230 form. Anyone got an idea what fee they are talking about here?

You Don't have to submit any fee with your initial DS230 forms submission.

You do have to pay the $750 @ person once you're called for an interview if you opt for CP or once you're deem eligible to adjust for your status if you opt for AOS
