My I-140 was approved for CP. I immediately faxed to NVC about my intention to adjust status and later on I confirmed by talking with an officer on phone at NVC that they received my fax and accordingly they noted my intention to adjust status.
Yesterday (02/22) I received from NVC an envelope containing DS-230 Part-I and a bill for $260.00 per applicant for immigration visa.
What should I do now? Anybody with similar situation in past? I have yet not received my EAC# from the VSC regarding my I-485, otherwise I could mention this number to NVC.
