DS-157 Should i send supporting docs

DS-157 (required to be filled out by all male citizens between the age of 18-45, regardless of their citizenship) asks you to provide info about educational institutions and also about 2 previous employers. Does that mean, we also need to send letters and copies of degrees as material evidence.

-----NO, just write the name/company oof past employer, and college university address, if space it limited then write "please see attached SHEET A and on sheet A write the item# and write your answer, sign the sheet with name, date
