Hello, I have a question about filing green card.
At present I working full time for Company A and I am not completely sure that Company A will do my green card next year. So in that case can I approach Company B who is into consulting and ask him to start my green card process by applying labor + I 140 + I 485.
Is it completely legal to approach Company B?
If it is legal will Company B will get any queries about my application?
Did any one go through with the above mentioned scenario? If so, is it completely normal to do like this?
I am planning to take this approach since I am in desperate need. Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
