I want to change my employer. I am working as consultant and my client (Fortune 100) is converting me to full-time.
New employer is kind of reluctant to give me a letter describing my job duties.
Can I use offer letter alone.
Do I need to file Ac21.
What, If I don't notify INS.
What is the minimum That I would neen from new employer.

----------------- future permanent job offer letter with same/similar job duties is needed for AC21, if employer is not ready to give you that letter you will not be able to invoke AC21.

----------NO, if that offer letter does not list your job duites(same/similar )and if job offer letter does not say that they have permanent job for you after your I-485 approval.

I think it should be the other way. If you notify USCIS AC21 you will get RFE likely. Prepare your AC21 documents but don't inform USCIS if I were you.
