Do I have file for AR 411 even though I am not the primary applicant

My husband applied for EB2 based I -485. He is the primary applicant and I am the dependent applicant. We both have EAD and AP. I am planning to move to a different state for searching jobs. Do I have to file for AR 411 even though I am not the primary applicant?

If you are not a US citizen, then yes you need to file.
