Does anyone know the answer to this question:
My I-485 just got approved and I am going for stamping in 2 days.
All the papers I filed with INS I signed my name as: L F M (Last First Middle)
However when I renewed my portguese passport in 03-2001 I was forced to change to sign as F M L, otherwise my passport would not be renewed.
Question is:
Is it a problem if there is a slight difference in signing my name in passport (as F M L) and on greencard (as L F M)?
If it is, then if I go for passport stamping and sign on I-89 as F M L to be consistent with my passport, but then it will not be consistent with all other papers I filed with INS before, will they give me a hard time and not process my card or even not stamp my passport?
I appreciate any input on this.
Phil
