I am currently on post OPT, working in a company and my company is filing for my H1B visa. The immigration attorney wants to file for counsular processing since I might have to go out of US for one training in Gremany. Is it possible to go to Gremany and come back to US before my H1B visa is approved? What is the difference and pros and cons of counsular processing v/s change of status processing.
