My H1 period expires in June 2001. My PD is FEB 2000
I have just applied for I-140 and I am expecting that it would get approved by december 2000.
Since I am in EB3 ctgry I don\'t have any hopes that I would apply for I-485.
Can you guys tell me the difference between AOS and CP. What would do if you were in position.
I have already applied canadian permanent visa and I am expecting it by november 2000.
Your suggestions and ideas would be greatly appreciated.
