Getcho, my sister won and she has been notified on Wed(11 April, 2007). We live in UK and we are from Ethiopia originally. I hope this helps.

Yes, folks in African startin getting their as early as 2nd wk in March. I gat mine i believe march 16th. I live in the states thou.
