Did anyone sue USCIS before for pending Asylum application? Any experience !!
Can I sue USCIS after waiting for the decision more than 200 days from the interview day?
Any advice ?

I waited about 550 days to get the decision. I didn't sue USCIS. I preferred waiting than going to court. I hope my green card application will not take longer.
