Dependent Approved, Primary Waiting

I received an email that my spouse's case (dependent) has been approved yesterday but mine (primary) is not yet? Could this has happened to anyone earlier?

There have been cases that people have received approval notices on mail without any online update. I am guessing that your application also got approved along with your spouse but they skipped updating the system. Derivative applicants don’t get approved before the primary. Just wait for the mailman!

Have you checked the online status for your case? Your case may have already been approved, but for some reason the email wasn't sent out.
