Denied Entry when apply for TN status

Hi,

I got my TN status few weeks ago. But in my first attempt, I got denied entry due to paperwork problem and they took my fingerprints and picture...etc. Now I have a record of denied and I get ask extra question and need secondary inspection every time I cross the US border.

Is there ways to appeal to get this record taken away...?

Not really. You can ask why they continually send you to secondary. Mere TN denial would not typically elicit this reaction from CBP. Is it possible you said something that was misconstrued as deceptive or inconsistent in some way, or did you go to a different POE?
