Anybody got approvals from Delaware .
2 -3 months back it used to clear in a month.
But now the date has gone back to April 2001

Phew, finally came across someone filing a case in Delaware. Do you guys know if there is a difference between RIR and Non-RIR processing times?

What kind of business related cases?

I think it matters what the circumstances were in which the case got rejected. The salary being offered, the type of position, the category(RIR, non-RIR) etc. Could you elaborate on what kind of business?

I just saw it is processing labor for 7 & 8 2001
that means july and august 2001.i filed in june 2001.
i did not get anything yet.
also somebody posted here that he/she filed on may 2001

I left a message for my lawyer today.
I had filed my labor in June and saw in the processing times
that delaware is processing july/august.

I will post more info once i hear from my lawyer.
