Delaware Labor - Need Help

I am looking anyone filed labor in Delaware in the month of May or June and got approved now either in RIR or Non-RIR.

I am thinking to start my GC from Delaware, but when I talked to my attorney, he said, it will take 6 to 10 Months to get approved the Labor. I couldn't believe it, because almost all the immigration portals says that it is in Current.

Any helps in this regard is to be appreciated.

Labor At delaware

Recently I came across one company who is doing Green card from Delaware as per them it is Current and they clearly mentioned this..
