Hi, Guys, my I-485 was filed at the end of 2002, FP1 was done Feb. 2003, still waiting FP2 notice, is this normal?
 
I am not seeing full flow dec 2002 yet. BCIS is busy with Oct and Nov looks like.
Sit tight guys. They may start Dec 2002 anytime I guess.

This is so stupid.. no news for us yet. I am not really happy. Did anyone of you try going to your senator? I have not tried that option yet.
 
I tried the congressman, thats when I heard that I got an RFE, the RFE recd = 11/12/2004 and still no news. I might contact back once I reach the 60 days mark.
 
How did you approach your congressmen. Where did you find his contact details and what did you do? Call him or fax him or what? can you pls help?
 
I am another one into the list but i am approved on December 14.

Contacted congressman and send a fax to USCIS .I dont know where it clicked but got approved.

Hold tight guys.I know this is easy to say i was in the same situation till 2 days back .God saved me from my tensions.

I found a link from where I came to know the congressman of my district. Also, I am living in southern NH for the past 4 years so knew the guy and I also knew that his office was very near to my house. I just walked-in the office with the request and the necessary docs required and I got the response from them in 5 business days and also a letter stating what they found out for me.

Mine & Spouse cases has been Approved. Four years of Greencard journey is over. Never called INS except Address change. Good luck to you all.

Me too wih a dec 2002..
I feel they are considering the PD unofficially!! coz, my friend with similar date's(485-dec2002&FP-Aug2004) but with a Jan 2001 PD got his approval couple of months back..
