I am about to file my NIW petition early of next year, got PhD from top school from the U.S., 10 publications ( most are 1st author), 30 reviews from 7 peer-reviewed journals, decent citation, good recommendations from experts, etc. Pretty good shape for NIW, but risky case for EB1A. As I was born in those two countries, which the PD is not current, long waiting for more than 5 yrs. I am seeking a female who is also interested in getting a greencard in as soon as 3 months.
