Here is my situation:
Parent Company A has two Sister Companies - X & Y
I was working for Company X
Parent company reorganized in April 2001 by combining resources from X & Y forming Company Z.
Company X, Y, and Z still exist.
I now work for Company Z.
My interview is on March 20.
My I140 approved 21st Oct 2001
I have the following documents:
1)Company name change document from Company X to Company Z, registered 2nd Oct 2001
2)Employment Letter from Company Z.
Is this enough? The company and the attorney hadn\'t filed for I-140 ammendment. What do you guys suggest?
