CP case, I130 post mailed on April 1st week.Haven't received NOA2 yet

I post mailed my parents I130 for CP in 1st week of April. I received NOA1 in 3rd week of April.

I haven't received NOA2 (I 797 Notice of Action - Approval Notice) yet. The average time as shown on USCIS website is 5 months. Is this timeframe for receiving NOA2? I thought the 5 months time would be including papers being sent to NVC and the consualar post..

Can anyone please post the time it normally took to receive NOA2?
 
As far as I know, that 5 months is for receiving approval and it takes some time after that. We are also stuck with April 2nd week filing date. In another thread, I saw two guys with Mar 23rd and Mar 30th priority dates for I130 who got their cases approved on July 20th and August 2nd respectively. Yours might have already gotten approved. If it has, I would appreciate if you could post an update with your dates. Thanks in advance.
