Hi!

What is the cost of doing GC from start to finish.

LCA
I 140
CP or I 485
Lawyer fees
Others

Is 485 or CP good at this time.

The fees differ by lawyers and the complexity of the case...here is a link for fees:

Just to give you a ball park it can vary from $4000-7000...with an average of $5500 for the entire process.

Currently CP is more popular since it is quicker but 485 is equally good for candidates who want to use the safety net of AC21. I am guessing you have not applied for GC yet...so when you have cleared you LC (step 1 of GC) at that time try to ask the same question whether 485/ CP and that would be more relevant!
