I am currently working on an L1 visa(company A), which is going to expirein Jan 2010 (completin 5 years)
. Last year I applied for H1B (company B) and did a leapfrog to change the status back to L1. Now my company A wants to apply for H1B COS this year as still the CAP is not reached yet. Do I have any issues in going for this COS to H1B ?
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
