I had applied for h1b which was approved but change of status was denied stating that i was not in status at the time of application which is true ,but then i got back to legal F1 status within a week of H1 approval without COS my question is now that iam back in legal F1 status can i file for COS to H1 and whats the procedure for that ,plz some on eanswer my questions
