I put Toronto, ON as my destination on the PR application 2 years ago.
Things change, and now Vancouver, BC seems a more attractive location to move.
Can I do the landing in Vancouver, or am I bound to land in Toronto, ON since my COPR says "Toronto"?
Other question: if I do land in Ontario, do I need to land exactly in Toronto or can I land in Toronto suburbs?
When I asked this question to the security person in Buffalo office when getting my passport stamped and COPR, she said that I have to land in Toronto since my COPR says Toronto.
