In my company there is a pre-approved Labor available and they said i can use it. But i found out that the Attorney that filed this Labor lost the ETA forms due to nature curse and the Attorney's office was damaged. Neither my company has the backup copies of the Labor. All the Attorney has the Certified Labor document from DOL (the first page) where it says like "The DOL has made final decision and blah blah....".
Now for me to use this Labor, somehow i need to get the ETA 750 forms ( A & B) so that i can see if my skill set & Edu Qualification matches to mine.
1. How can i get the copies pf ETA forms from DOL?
2. How long does it take?
3. Can i do this by myself or should my employer apply this or an Attorney?
Please help me as iam confused and if i can do myself then that would be great as my employer is also not that cooperating....
