Confused about Priority date

Hi Gurus,

May be this is a basic question and have been asked many times. I filed my labor in June 10th 2007 which is my Priority date. I can see from the published Processing times for Nebraska Center, the current processing date is Jul 23 2007 for I-485. The receipt date on my I-485 is Aug 16 2007. Does this mean that once the current processing date reaches Aug 16 2007, my I-485 gets approved? Or does it have to do anything with any kind of quota?

you have to wait for the quota. for your prority date, based on your country you have to wait approximately 5 years from now.
