concurrent filing?

Hi Mr.Khanna,

Is it ok to apply I-485 and I-130 concurrently?
My mother has LPR and I am On F1. Will I get EAD immediately after the concurrent filing?

You cannot do that. You have to wait to file till your priority date becomes current. Please send me an email. Do not post off-topic discussions here.
