complet passport pages for I140 or I485?

also I just renewed mine because the old one is expired, do I need to make copy of all the pages of both?

Generally, the following documents are required for EB1-OR petition:
I-140 form petition cover letter to USCIS;
Filled I-140 form;
Filled form ETA-750 Part B, two copies;
Several reference letters from experts in your field; One of the most integral parts of the EB1-OR petition is the reference letters. Approximately 3-8 reference letters will work well.
Copy of your passport;
Copy of your I-94 card (front and back);
Copy of Notice of Approval for your current visa status (H, J-1, F-1, etc.);
Current resume including your employment & research history (names, addresses, and exact dates of employment.);
Copies of college degrees and transcripts;
Copy of any authorized employment card;
Copies of every article that you have published;
Copies of any articles where your research has been cited;
Copies of any academic or professional prizes you may have received;
Copies of any professional membership or certification;
Your spouse or children's information and documents;
