Congrats!!!

Although there are several approvals with ND in October, 2001 and LIN-002, but none of them is from Ohio.

Columbus folks please keep each other informed.

My RD : Sept 19, 2001
ND : Oct 19,2001.
FP : Sept 2002
I don't know man... what the hell is wrong with these NSC people! They are working several months including April,2001 instead of working on only one month at a time. And if we call them to find out what is happening down there, they will say.... "I don't know where you get this info, but we only working on April 1st,2001 cases. And so it may take 6 more months for us to work on September cases." The moment they say 6 months I will go crazy. So, I stopped calling them!!

Anyway, I was just going to give my RD and ND. But I thought it might be useful if I add something! Please let me know if any of you want to let me know about the processing duration... etc
 
Still Waiting

AVM and Online still says received application on Oct 01, 2001. No update on Finger print.
Completed Fingerprint and got 2nd EAD on 08/23.
Not talked to an IIO yet. Please update if any of you guys called NSC and talked to IIO

Earlier I saw some posting that NSC waits at least 100 days after fingerprinting to approve cases. This is a new regulation.
Please confirm

Dear Gentlemen from Ohio:

I am dead sure which state you are in does not make any difference in when you will get your GC, unless, of course, you get a transfer to local office.

My view ....

I think people from columbus whose FP were done in August/September 2002 may have to wait for some time becase NSC may have assigned August/September 2001 NDs cases for processing before our FPs were done.

These cases may become part of the backlogs. Given that they have backlogs from 2000 I hope they will process August/September cases soon.

Called up IIO not much help, same story we are processing 04/01 cases and you will have to wait for some time. will update if i hear anything.
