Citizenship Eligibility

I'm a USA citizen (naturalized) for more than 4 years now. I'm married to a non-citizen. She got her GC now. Will she be eligible for naturalization after 3 yrs or after 5 yrs from now (i.e. from the day she got GC)? She needs to travel outside USA sometime. That would be less than 6 months for a given trip. How long does she need to be in USA physically to be eligible for naturalization.

Did she get conditional GC valid for 2 years? Then she would have to wait for only 3 years after getting 10 yr GC with at least 1.5 years of physical stay in US.Else she has to wait for 5 years before applying for US citizenship and 2.5 years physical US presence is required for naturalization.

Correction - 3 years starts when she got her conditional GC.
