Citizenship Due?

Dear Friends,
My Green Card was issued in May 2001, can some body tell me when I will be able to apply for Citizenship and what is the procedure. I am also very curious to know how soon I can apply Green Card for my son who is 29 years unmarried living in United States on HiB visa. His six year Visa period will end April 2006. Thank you for your help.

you can apply on May 2006 minus 90 days.
For example if you got your greencard on May 15 2001 you can apply on May 15 2006 minus 90 days.

You could have applied for your son greencard as soon as you got your greencard. I think the waiting time is about 7 years and will get shorter as soon as you get your citizenship. It is also shorter b/c he is not married. However we are talking years and your son will not be able to get it before his H1 expires.
