OK so long story short. My mother was on a fiance visa in 2000 and was married to a citizen less than a month later. My siblings and I also recieved permanent residency cards but were apparently under my mothers name.
So....My mother decides to leave the USA and move back to the UK taking my little sister (12) with her and leaving me (21) my younger brother (18) and my now married older sister (who now has a child) in the US and doesn't tell us until she has already moved back and settled in. My siblings and I do not want to leave the US but apparently may have to seeing as soon as my mother left our permanent residency cards were null and void.
I'm not sure how to go about filing again so we can remain in the US and be eligible to work. We are 4 months shy of taking our citizenship tests (being here for 5 years) of which we have been studying for a while now.
I was told to refile alone i had to be 21 and i'm turning 21, four days after our 5 year anniversary of being in the USA.
Anyone have any suggestions, i'm nearly out of resources and out of hope.
