Hi puhrince,
Does this require employer information or just employee information is good enough?
 
The receptionist will ask for employer's name, and your last name. With this information, he/she will tell you - your case number, when was it received etc.

Find attached the updated excel sheet, please go through the proj work and update the status..

Labor substitution and I-485 priorory date

Hi All,

Does anyone know what is set ass "I-485 visa priority date" in case of Labor cert substitution? The labor was certified on person X but it is substitute to person Y and this happens when I-140 is filed. In this case what is the Visa prioroty date I-485 filing, (assuming the visa priority may go in backlog as there are some news. In the case of LC Substitution the I-485 priority date is 1) filing date of substituted labor ) or 2) date when person Y files I-140 ? Please tell if somone knows a sure answer.

WGET is a utitlity that lets you get information from http and https sessions via internet. I am not sure if you can use that for email service....any other suggestions

In LC-Sub cases, PD is set to I-140 RD. So answer is (2).

Any current approvals?

Hi,

Guys Dec 17 to Dec 29 it went fast because it was holiday season. I dont think CHIC-DOL is moving fast.

The AVM at Chic-DOL says Dec 29 as processing date for more than 1 week now . Has any one got any approvals from January '04 cases??

kanjoos, i agree with you - i knew that was the case - back to the slow wait i guess - also looks like the BRC is set up only for philly and dallas backlog cases - wonder how the news started that all regional DOL's come under that
