Chatting with Minor - Deportation

Hi,

I am on a H1B Visa. I did not know the US law that sexual chatting and dating a minor (15 yrs) is a felonious crime here. I chatted and drove to meet the fictitious girl which turned out to be a Undercover officer. I was arrested and released on cash bail. I had to surrender my Passport too.
Recently my Visa also expired. Thinking about my situation, My father back in my home country had a heart attack but survived. He is now supposed to undergo a bypass surgery. My family back in my home country is in a very bad situation. Can anyone suggest what i can do to go back to my home country. The case is still going on in the US court. Is there a way that my country's consulate can help me to wrap up this case and be simply deported to take care of my parents urgently. Please advise...

OP should be locked for a long jail time. regarding about his father is sick, it sounds very fishy and seems he tried to make up a reason to leave the country.
