My green card application is in process and RD is 4/10/02. Work at my company is getting very slow and the management has reduced hours/week for all employees. I am thinking about starting job search and moving to the new job in October after 180 days is over from the RD. What are the requirements for making such a change? I know that the job description should be the same.
- Can I change geography/location?
- Who will be my sponsor when I change employer? Will my new employer have to sponsor me?
- Is there any changes I will have to make for my spouse 1-485 application?
