I had been living with my sister for a while and my USCIS address is her house, but I just moved to an apartment nearby where my mailbox is shared with other people and I cannot recieve mail reliably. My question is when USCIS request that you fill in form AR11 is that so they can continue to reach you, or is it because they want to know exactly where you reside?
Will I be fined or jailed for not updating to the address where my belongings are at, even though I can more easily be contacted at the address registered with USCIS?
